It is very typical for a Realtor to list your home, stick a sign in your yard, then cross their fingers and hope that another Realtor will do the work for them and sell your home. I want you to know that not all Realtors are the same! After watching that same scenario being played out over and over again I decided it was time to do things differently.

 My name is Kevin Warren, and I am a Realtor with The Danberry Company. I entered the market with a deep knowledge of new home construction and have turned that into a successful and growing real estate business. I have sold over $25 Million in real estate since 2008, and $10 million so far in 2011. I've figured out that you can’t keep using the same marketing techniques that had been used in a good market.
